The official page lists solar panels among measures that may be included for eligible homes, subject to assessment and the programme's current rules. Published eligibility centres on a home's EPC rating — generally band E or below, or band D where a household member has a qualifying health condition — alongside receiving a means-tested benefit or living in a low-income household; confirm the current figures on the official page, as they can change.
