Privacy notice

How Solar Funding handles the browser-only funding checker and enquiry details recorded through the central MoreLeadz lead system.

Two separate things on this site: the funding-route checker runs entirely in your browser and is never submitted anywhere — no exact address, benefit details or contact data. The separate "Get quotes" enquiry form records details in the authenticated central MoreLeadz lead dashboard for operational review and follow-up.

The funding checker

Your answers about nation, tenure, EPC band and broad household circumstance are processed only in your browser to point you to an official route. Nothing is uploaded, stored server-side or sent to a scheme administrator. Refreshing or leaving the page clears it.

The enquiry form

The enquiry form asks for a name, postcode, one contact method and an optional short message. Do not provide payment information or other sensitive personal information. Technical security logs may be generated by Cloudflare when the website is used.

Purpose and consent

Enquiry details are used to record, review and match the request with installers. The form requires an unticked consent box before submission.

Storage and deletion

Enquiries are stored in the central MoreLeadz Cloudflare D1 database and are available only through the protected operational dashboard. The site does not use enquiry data to build advertising audiences, and does not currently run analytics or cookies of any kind.

Sharing

Submitting the enquiry form adds the enquiry to MoreLeadz; it does not automatically send your details to a specific installer, council or scheme administrator. Any onward handling is managed from the lead dashboard.

Your choices

You may ask the website operator to locate, correct or delete an enquiry by using the complaints and corrections route and quoting the short reference shown after submission. Formal operator identity and contact details will be added as part of the owner's separate compliance process.
